G'day from Barefoot Beach Co!

We know you’re keen to get your new gear and head straight for the sand. To keep our prices low and our range fresh, we ship our products directly from our international design partners (straight from the source!). This "direct-to-door" approach means less overhead and better value for you.

Shipping Times

Because your order is traveling across the seas to reach our sun-drenched shores, delivery takes a little longer than a trip to the local milk bar.

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days.

  • Standard Delivery: 7–10 business days.

Note: While we aim for the 10-day mark, occasionally things like customs or peak seasons (looking at you, Christmas) can add a few extra days. We appreciate your patience—good things come to those who wait!

Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $9.95 Australia-wide.

  • Free Shipping: Spend over $100 and the shipping is on us!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order catches a flight, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can follow its journey from the warehouse all the way to your letterbox.

Please allow 2–3 days for the tracking link to activate once you receive your code.

Delivery & Customs

Since we ship directly from our international suppliers, most orders arrive without any fuss.

  • Customs/Import Fees: For most standard orders under $1,000, you won't encounter any extra import duties in Australia. However, any local fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your "shipping pad" (address) at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once they are on the move.

Lost or Damaged Goods?

If your order goes "off-track" or arrives looking like it’s been through a shark tank, don’t stress. Shoot us an email at admin@barefootbeachco.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll get it sorted.
