Product descriptions, pricing and availability may change without notice.

Risk in the goods passes to you when you receive the goods, unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure

  • A repair or replacement for a minor failure

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

SECTION 7 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (ACL-COMPLIANT)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of a consumer guarantee is limited to, at our option:

  • Replacement of the goods

  • Repair of the goods

  • Refund of the purchase price

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss except where required by law.

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to Barefoot Beach Co and may not be reproduced without written permission.

SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES (SHOPIFY)

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. Shopify provides the platform but is not responsible for sales transactions between you and us.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where permitted by law. Obligations incurred prior to termination remain payable.
